Good Bye!

Hello Bloggers,

So today is the end of my blog, I know many of you are sad that I am leaving but it’s the end of the school year. I passed with flying colors. C’s in all my classes, but with an A in English 114. My family is proud of me and I am happy I have experienced this life. I went to college, because I wanted to experience that part of my life that I missed when I was younger. I certainly did, and I will tell you all out there, it’s harder than I thought. The beginning was rough, but it eventually got better and better as the time went on. I am also leaving with some pretty intense and funny stories. Also not to mention I am also leaving with a girl! Yes Katherine is coming back home with me. It’s been 5 weeks now, and her plan was to move anyway. We aren’t going to live with each other right away, but we will be going strong, as the college kids say it. Graduation is tomorrow, and tell you the truth I am nervous/sad. It’s going to be hard to leave all these kids that I have met over the year. Here’s a picture of me and my graduation gown….

Until Next Time Blogger, good luck to you all in the future! You may hear back from me sometime soon,

Campus

Hello Bloggers,

Here is another picture. A picture of my campus. So many good times were spent here, and a donation will defiantly be made in the future. To tell you a quick story, if you look at those fields to the right, I actually one night passed out there, and got woken up by campus security.
Until Next Time,

Hello Bloggers,

Here is a picture of my house, I figured before I leave I would show you where I held the parties, and my place of residence. it wasn't much of a house, but it got the job down.

Party/Donation

Hello Bloggers,

I had a huge party at my house last night. Since it’s the end of the year, I figured I had to give the kids something fun to do. A few things got broken unfortunately, but nothing that can’t be repaired. We had a big beer pong tournament, and an outside bonfire. It was a fun time, and from the looks of it everyone had a great time. Around 1 o’clock, we all headed downtown for one last round of drinks on me of course. To tell you the truth I don’t think I have ever been more drunk. I don’t remember much after the bars, but I woke up in my bed with food all over me, and have a rise and shiner sandwich on my floor. I guess the only way to rate the night, is by how much I don’t remember, so that would be a success. Usually I don’t get that drunk, but it was a once in a time thing. Not to mention the guys were feeding me Whiskey shots, ahh I cringe whenever I say that word now. Today is Saturday; I am clearing out my house. I actually am dropping off a car full of canned soup down at the soup kitchen. I figured why throw it out, when I can donate it to people who want it.

Until Next Time,

  Timothy Todd the 3rd

Real Quick

Hello Bloggers,

I have to run real quick, but I just wanted to write a quick blog. I got back another accounting exam today, and I got a B. Woho keep the good grades coming. I am going shopping right now for some party gear and beer for tonight. I also have to stop by the police office, because they caught the jerk-off who robbed my house

Until Next Time,

Vomited ON

Hello Bloggers,

You wouldn’t believe it, I felt terrible, but I went out with Katherine the other night, and we were having a great time. I didn’t wear an ear piece this time either which was nice, because I feel like I cheated last time. But I need to skip to the good stuff. So after we went out we went back to her house, we had a few drinks and were dancing and stuff, then all of a sudden Katherine, threw up all over me! She projectile vomited all over me. She was so embarrassed, I felt bad, so I helped her clean up, and I tucked her into bed. I guess it will just have to wait for next time.

Until Next Time,
  Timothy Todd the 3rd

Here is a Picture

Hello Bloggers,

So I gave the police report, the police were pretty nice they explained to me that the a few other houses on the street got broken into as well. The robber stole one man’s wallet, and use his credit cards, down at a local store. The robber is so stupid that they got him on the video camera buying boots! Which is great because now they have a picture of this guy. The weather has been pretty shitty lately, and not much has been going on, Katherine called me again last night, and we are going on our second date tomorrow. I am pumped; this is a picture of her.

I know your all in awe. I know none of you know what I look like, but trust me; I am a pretty good looking guy. Katherine loves the fact that I am going back to school now to learn a few things before taking over the family company.

Until Next Time,
  Timothy Todd the 3rd

Robbed

Hello Bloggers,

So I just walked out of court, today was that old ladies hearing, you remember the one that hit me. It took the jury 3 hours to come up with a verdict. Come on!! She stole my car, and hit me 1 week later. What other evidence do you need? If it was me I would probably need 3 seconds, to yell out GUILTY. But I got what I wanted. The lady got her license talking away, and 40 hours of community service. I am pleased with THAT.  It’s not like you can just go a throw her in jail. I talked to her after, and she apologized, she said it was nothing personal, haha. I knew that, but she was nice. After court, I went home; to only realize someone broke into my house. Not a lot was talking, but the thief took my change jar. Now to tell you a little about my change jar, see I love change, and I save every penny I get. I was shaving all my coins since 2 years ago. I had 213 dollars in changed saved up, and I was eventually going to cash it in. The thief broke in through a broken window, and then only thing he stole was my change jar. I am pissed; I have put 2 years of dedication into saving those coins. So I am sitting here at the 2,000 dollar MacBook that he just happened to walk by, waiting for the police. Oh actually they just rang the doorbell, got to go!

Blind Date: Results

Hello Bloggers,

The date went well, her name was Katherine. She was a 5 foot 6, beautiful brunette. She had a stunning smile, and her eyes were so blue I could drown in them. I was a bit nervous at first, but eventually warmed up, and conversation just flew. I do have a confession to make though. See I get pretty nervous when I talk to girls sometimes, so I actually wore an ear piece, and my friends on the walki talkies walked me through the whole date. Is that weird?? I kind of feel like I cheated this girl, but yet at the same time, I guess it did work, because she asked to see me again!! After dinner we walked down Main Street, people watching, but by this time I took the ear piece out, because I was starting to feel comfortable. At one point it got a little awkward, because she started talking about how some food gives her diarrhea but, I quickly changed the subject, and to tell the truth I honestly don’t know how we got onto that subject. I dropped her off at her house around 12:30am. I was hoping for a little kiss, but I didn’t want to move to quick. As we pulled up to her house, she asked me to come in!! I was stunned; she didn’t seem like that kind of girl. But of course, I was right, we drank coffee, and we talked, but nothing else happened. I left around 2 but, Man, oh man! I was so wired, and excited I drove home, and I couldn’t stop thinking about her. She said she will call me tomorrow, so now I wait.

 Until Next Time,

Blind Date

Hello Bloggers,

It’s a rainy and messy day out, but I just received some great news, Remember that teacher I talked about a few blogs ago, the creepy one? Well since I have been respectful, and nice, she is setting me up on a blind date with her niece. I am excited, from what she explained to me, her niece seem pretty cool, and the picture that hangs up on her office wall shows that she is pretty cute to. Wooho, let’s see how this goes. Last time I went on a date it was a disaster, so hopefully this time, it goes a lot smoother. I am going to the mall later, to pick up some new clothes. I figured I should look good just incase, this date does go well. But who knows with the luck I have been having I have no idea what will happen. Stay tune!

Until Next Time/ Wish me Luck!

Food Poisoning

Hello Bloggers,

The days have been getting nicer and nicer. This past weekend the temperature hit a record high of 80 degrees. I had some of the guys over and a few girls. We drank some beers, but unfortunately I had to call it an early night because I must have gotten food poisoning. I went out earlier in the day to this nice little Mexican restaurant down the street. I got this burrito that just hasn’t sat well. I have been throwing up all day, and have a doctor’s appointment tomorrow. When I was just about to go to bed, to I was sweating, like no other, so I went to open to the window. Just with my luck, as I opened the window, the glass broke! Now I have a broken window in my room, which I am going to have to get fixed sooner or later.

Good Grades

Hello Bloggers,

I just got back my first accounting test since I have been back, and you wouldn't believe it A baby. I studied night and day for a solid 3 days, and I finally got my first good grade. It feels good.
I am thinking about calling up the guys, to go celebrate this new side of me. Maybe go downtown, and drink a few beers, also the Celtics are in the playoffs tonight, so there are a few good games on the TV.

Until Next Time,

Still Here, and Im back

Hello Bloggers,

I have been away for a while, unfortunately I had to go home, because I had a death in the family. My grandfather died, he was very close to me, and I will miss him greatly. I went home for a few weeks, just because I had to sign a few papers, and legal documents, because the family business was put under my name. I am coming back to school now, not only with a few extra dollars in my pocket, but my father who is soon to retire, told me the only way I can actually have/take full control of the business is to graduate as soon as I can with a college business degree. I guess this means I have to kick it into gear, and start sucking up to my teachers. Its go time!!

REVISED BLOG: This lady is following me

Old Blog- http://mid-lyfecollegeexperience.blogspot.com/2012/02/blog-9-this-lady-is-following-me.html#comment-form

Hello Bloggers,

I know this hasn't been the most exciting blog. I am sorry for that, but hopefully this story will catch a few more viewers. This story is true, and trust me I never thought it would happen to me. I was walking up to campus the other day, when I was hit by a car. The conditions were a rain/snow mix, and it was a messy day out. I was walking across the  road, when an old lady hit me. As I was sliding across the hood, I was amazed because I caught a glimpse of the lady and it was the same one that stole my car the other weekday. I was thrown into a snow bank which soften my fall, but its just my luck that this is happening to me. Whatever happen to Luck of the Irish! I am not 100% but I am 50%, that's enough, NO? At least this time the lady stuck around, and apologized to me, which was nice of her, but that was her own mistake. As the police were questioning her, they not only realized that she was 4 months past due for a new pair of glasses, but the car she was in was registered to a John Aspen. When the officer asked the lady who John Aspen was, she was unable to give an answer. Ha I'm sitting over behind the ambulance listening in to the conversation, and I was shocked. Not only did this lady hit me with the car she was driving, but she also had someone else's car again! I felt bad for the lady, but I felt even more bad for John Aspen who is probably calling the police right now because he cant seem to find his car.

I ended up with just a few minor bruises, which I was considered lucky to have, I guess the only story I truly get out of this experience is I can now tell people I was hit by a car, and for those who read the newspaper, this will be the front page picture for tomorrow.
 Im Famous, I guess...

 Until Next Time Bloggers,

This Lady is Following me

Hello Bloggers,

So now this is my 9th blog, and I don’t have that many viewers, but I have a story that recently just happened to me that will blow you all away! So on Tuesday, I was walking from my house to class. To remind those that are just starting to follow me, I am a 45 year old man, attending college, but back to the story, so as I was saying I was walking up to class, and I was crossing the street. The weather was pretty bad; there was a mix of snow and sleet. The light turned red, and the little walk man popped up, so I started walking, and before I knew it I got hit by a car. I was sent flying 10 feet, and into a bank of snow, I don’t remember much, but I woke up with a broken leg, and a concussion. As I was lying in the hospital bed, all banged up, the policeman came in and talked to me and he discussed that they were able to get the lady who hit me. I was lucky to be alive, the police man said, which was a great thing to hear. When I asked the police officer who hit me, he showed me a picture of the lady, and I couldn’t believe my eyes! I was amazed; the lady who hit me was the old lady who stole my car by accident that time I went shopping. I was speechless, and the officer continued to say, that the lady was under the influence, at the time she hit me. I guess she was arrested, and to add onto her criminal record the car she hit me in, wasn’t hers… GO FIGURE!

Until Next Time,

Nothing Special just a Good time until....

Hello Bloggers,

Best weekend yet! I ended up going out to this concert on Friday night with the same guys I met on Wednesday. The concert was some guy named Wiz Khalfia, it was a pretty good concert, I mean it was no Crosby Stills and Nash, or CCR, but it wasn’t half bad, and to add the 7 shots we took before it, it ended up being a great night. After the concert though I had a bunch of people back to my house were we played some more drinking games. I showed the kids the old school beer pong, and I was taught this new game called flip cup, where you drink a cup and flip it or something it wasn’t half bad.
For Saturday night, we all went to the home basketball game that the team had, and painted our bodies, ha ha I can’t even remember having such a good time sober for that. It was great, and it felt good to finally feel a little sense of belonging. On the bad side, I ran into the teacher that completely threw me for a loop. If you don’t understand what I am talking about read Blog #7. I didn’t want to be rude, so I said hi, and was respectful, because who knows if I will have to take a class with him/her next semester. Something my father always told me was never burn bridges because you never know who you’re going to need to turn to for a recommendation later on down the road. After the game, we were all pretty excited because we won 92-67, so the guys introduced me to some girls that they were friends with, and we all ended up at Porky’s bar again. Now before you start making assumptions I never go after college girls, I have always been a firm believer of not being a creep, even though I am sure it’s tough to avoid that when I am in the bar with the oldest person besides me being 22 or 23. But I stay true to my morals, and abide by them as well. I ended up having another great time though at Porky’s this place was seriously the place to be, until I got accused of buying minors drinks, and had to be handcuffed out by the police… but that story is for next blog. I’ll tell you though it’s unbelievable how much cops can be assholes.

Until Next Time,

Timothy Todd the 3rd

Terrible Date

Hello Bloggers,

Terrible terrible terrible, just once I found this beautiful cyclone girl, I have to find out the hard way why she is a “cyclone girl”. If you’re lost with what I am saying, I’m saying she was a MAN! I have no idea how this happened, I honestly thought she was beautiful. Then at the end of the date when she told me, she had the nerve to ask me if we can go on another date.  I paid for dinner, because of course I am a gentlemen, and I was out of that restaurant so fast. Now it’s going to be awkward when I see him/her on campus. Well that was a terrible start to my Wednesday night, and but thank god at this school, the kids have something called “Wet and Wild Wednesdays” so I had to drink, honestly I was such in a rut, and I needed to make at least 4 solid friends, so I can have myself a little group to always hang with and do college guy things with. I ended up at this place called Porky’s Bar, there were people everywhere. I kind of recalled some of the steps that Paul Rudd pulled in I Love You Man. I struck up conversations with a bunch of people, some were athletes for the school, others just cool kids enjoying the college life, but the fact of the matter was, I first bought them a drink to break the ice, and then the conversation rolled after that. It was almost like speed dating for friends I guess. After a few shots I found myself hanging with a group of 4 guys, their names were Steven, Mike, Chris, and DJ. They are all from Connecticut, and met each other all here during their freshmen year. It was great to feel a part of something, and to possible have a group of guys I can hang with, and the nice thing about it was they were all 22 years old, and seniors, so I guess it made it a little less creepy, because they are older students. I ended u8p stumbling back to the house around 4ish, and crashed. I woke up this morning 3 text messages, Chris, Steven and Mike, all saying the same thing, “You think last night was fun wait until Friday night”.

Until Next Time,

Boot Hockey and a lady

Hello Bloggers,

Its Funday Sunday, and what a weekend. I met this beautiful young lady, now now... its not a college girl its actually a professor at the school, but its fine because she is only 3 years younger then me. I met her at this little restaurant downtown, she was eating by herself, as was I, I struck up a conversation, and i guess my charmed lasso'd her in. Beautiful brunette girl with, hazel eyes, and a smile that lights up the room. But as a few of my friends that I met here say, I am playing it cool, and being chill about it. So I guess that all means I'm in? I don't know, this new lingo has me a tad confused. I played boot hockey for the time this weekend, I never knew how much drinking and a sport went hand in hand, I was amazed, haha but it was a fun time, I wasn't that good, but i did score a few goals, and kick some college kids ass! Next blog hopefully I will have gone on my first date with this fine beautiful lady. Be sure to read my next blog for the details. Cross your fingers that I don't mess it up.

  Until Next Time,

  Timothy Todd the 3rd

Should I higher Her?

Hello Bloggers,

It has been a  long stressful week, and I have been exhausted. The weather is started to get extremely cold, and well I guess it has been an off week for me. Exams are starting to pile up, and the homework load has become unbearable.. but not to worry, because I have my friend Jim Beam to keep me sane. I cant wait for the weekend because of course once Friday comes around it means it is time to unload. As a side note I had to go to the Police Station because apparently that old lady who stole my car, well I guess she had a warrant out for her arrest. Who would of thought, such a innocent old lady was wanted in 3 states for the crime, grand theft auto. Well I guess I could really careless because she had enough kindness to bring back my car which I really thank her for. I'm thinking about paying her bail maybe, and taking her out to dinner, show her that she doesn't need to steal cars, maybe I can higher her to do work around my house. I mean everyone deserves a second chance right, what do you think about that?

 Until Next Time,

Craziest Thing Happened

Hello Bloggers,

I want to apologize, first because I had an extremely rough day yesterday, so I apologize this blog is not on time. I know you were all probably wondering where I was. Well I woke up with a hangover for the first time in a very very long time yesterday morning. I went out to this bar on Saturday night which was an absolute blast, met some people, possible new friends. It was nice because they were buying me shots; one was called a mind eraser, now I understand why. On Sunday, I flushed my system with water, water and more water, so I could rehydrate myself, and set up my house for a super bowl party that I invited a few people I met from last night to. Spent all day running errands, and the craziest thing happen to me, I went grocery shopping, and when I got out to my car, I realized I left one more grocery bag inside, so I pulled my car up to the side, threw the hazards on and ran inside, when I came out my car was gone! I couldn’t believe it someone stole my car. I was beyond pissed, because it was just about 5ish, and if I missed the kick off, I probably would have killed someone. So I called the police they came to the grocery store, they asked me questions. I had to put in a request to get the video tapes from the store, so I can go through them. Then 30 minutes later, I see my car pull up. This old lady gets out, and by this point I am confused, I feel like I am in that show with that ashton kuffer guy, or whatever his name is. After all was said and done, I guess the old lady got her black Hyundai  mixed up with my black Mercedes, and once she walked out of the store, she thought her car was mine. I couldn’t help but feel realized, and found it funny in the long end.  Once I got back to the house, I had 30 minutes to spare, to set up and people started coming over, Had a keg full of Rolling Rock, because apparently college kids don’t like good beer. I learned to shot gun a beer, and a few other drinking games, and overall had a great night because the Giants WON!!!! I just love it when those damn New Englanders/ Bostonians are shut upped.

Until Next Time,

Bad News/ But good News

Hello Bloggers,

Well it’s Tuesday, and I got written up in the dorms. Apparently even if I am 20 something years older I still can’t drink in the dorms. But! I do have some good news, I have decided to move off campus and buy a house. I know it sounds pretty spur of the moment, but I have decided that it would be easier for me to get work done, and focus on my grades, and keg stands will be a lot easier as well, considering my house won’t be a “dry house”. I am swamped with work, but as I am typing this blog now, I am in the library getting some work done. I am thinking of throwing a party on Friday to meet some people, what do you think, is it a good idea? I feel like a nice big house party will def. get me a little more acclimated to the college life. I tell you though; the last couple of days have been tough. I didn’t know college kids drank so much. Back when I was young maybe because the drinking age was younger kids were more responsible, but at the bar the other nights, kids were throwing up, and black out I was amazed. Who knows what the weekend will bring though. It’s Wednesday which is always a nice things, I move into my new house on Friday, so you all will just have to wait for my next blog on Sunday to read about my weekend adventures!

 Until next time,

Move in Day

Hello Bloggers,

I am back, and not very happy. I will start off with the good news first: My flight arrived on time into the airport, and I landed safely. Besides that, that’s all I have for you. I don’t know where to start with the bad news, let’s just say I am sitting in a dorm, sweating to death! Come on, where is the air conditioning, and that’s not even the worst part. My room, well to tell you the truth it’s a joke, I feel like I am in prison, but that story is for another time. I am on the 3rd floor; my back is killing me, from walking up and down dragging my suitcases. My roommate hasn’t stopped talking to me, since I have gotten here. I need some peace and quiet and I need it fast or something is going to happen. But worst of all, this is a dry campus!!! Come on I am a 45 year old man, in the dorms, I’ll drink when I want, who is going to say I can’t, I am their father’s age. Shoot when I was 18 drinking was legal, that’s the age of all these freshmen.  But back to the good stuff, I am here; I am all situated into my room. I do feel a little out of place tell you the truth but I figured I will give it a few days, get a feel for things, check the campus out. My classes start tomorrow, and for the most part they all look like pretty simple classes. Chem 1 with a lab, astronomy, English 10, Accounting and gym. So hopefully I’ll meet a few friends, and this experience will all work its self out. Plus you can’t judge a book by the first few pages, or is it by its cover? Eh whatever it is, we will soon find out.

Until next time,

Hello Bloggers: Introduction

Hello Bloggers My name is Timothy Todd the 3rd. This is my first time blogging so have some patience with me please. My primary goal for this blog is to share with you all my college experiences. The only thing is, I am not a regular college freshmen, I am a 45 year old man, who made it onto the Forbes list at age 21. Thanks to my dead father Timothy Todd the 2nd, may he rest in peace, but I inherited a mass amount of money, and my father’s company. Unfortunately I never really had a child hood, because I was introduced into the working world at a very young age, and was never able to experience college. Soo ughhh now going through my mid-life crisis, I am taking a break from my fortune 500 company, and am going back to school just because I think it would be a great way for me to escape from this world full of home cooked meals, Bentleys, and 7,000 square foot summer homes on the ocean. I am the king of adapting to new things, so a 12ft x 12ft dorm ha, no problem.  I have a few questions, for when I get their on orientation day; Where will I be living? Will I have a roommate? (Hopefully not), etc. I don't want to bore you with these questions but next blog you will get some answers.

Until next time Bloggers,

  Timothy Todd the 3rd
